Entry Requirements

These qualifications are designed for learners who are typically aged 21 years and above.

The entry profile for learners is likely to include at least one of the following:

A relevant Level 4 and Level 5 qualification, or a Level 6 qualification, such as an Honours degree (or equivalent) from a recognised institution.

Demonstration of relevant professional experience. Applicants should normally have at least three years of professional experience in a related field (learners must check with the delivery centre regarding the suitability of their experience prior to registering for the programme).

And, learners must have:

 

An understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
The ability to program in Python.
An understanding of two or more of the following mathematical and scientific Python libraries: NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, and Matplotlib.
Access to a stable internet connection.
